If you are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible so we can facilitate someone else. Cancellation is possible by sending us an email at physics@nwo.nl
- Cancellation before 1 December 2024: full refund minus administration costs of € 7,50.
- Cancellation between 1 December 2024 – 22 December 2024: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after 22 December 2024: no refund.
No-shows: a fine of € 100 extra will be charged on top of the conference fee to cover the costs of your reservation. This fine will also be charged if you are present during NWO Physics but you cancel your reserved room after 22 December 2024.
