Event app

During NWO Physics we use the Yellenge event app.
Download the app from your app store for free. Search for ‘Yellenge’.
You log in with the event code and personal code you have received by e-mail.
You need this app to scan your QR code at the registration desks.

Programme per day

Features:

  • You can make it personal by selecting Focus sessions and Parallel sessions by pressing the star in front of the presentation.
  • With each presentation you can find the room on the floormap with a location marker.
  • With each presentation you can see by pressing the participants button (next to the i) who else is attending this session. You can look them up in the Participants list and send a personal chat to connect.

Posters
The posters are arranged by numbers corresponding with the numbers at the poster stands on the exhibition floor in the Kempenzaal. You can search in posters for words used in the titles and name of the submitter.
Press the star to pre-select posters you want to visit and you find them in your favorites.

Speakers
You can find all speakers or can you search for a speaker. Press on their name and on the microphone icon to see when and which presentation they give during NWO Physics.

Floorplan
You can zoom in on the floorplan to find the room you are looking for.
The floorplan with marker pins is in use for location markers at each session.

Participants & chat
You will find all participants who have chosen to be visible in the list. You can search by first name, last name, or full name. Click the “CHAT” button to start a private conversation by inviting a participant to chat with you. The organisation and other participants cannot see your messages. Participants can decline your chat invitation, and you can decline theirs.

Tab Edit: here you find info or your hotel allocation and for which night(s).

Tab Privacy: Do you want to be visible and with which information to other participants?

Tab Preferences: Change the font size if the letters are too small or big for you. Change the contrast to black&white if you do not want to see colours.
